Servicenow integration, could not check ticket status

Recently I have performed integration with servicenow, it was successful, we cold be able to successfully generate the ticket in servicenow, we have an additional requirement to display that ticket status on our Aveksa UI. for this we already have OOTB capability "check ticket status" when i work on the connector and test it. connector shows "successfully processed" but i couldn't find any ticket status on UI. how could we get the ticket status on UI?
