User identity details are collected from two sources. Accidentally, details of around 50 or so users are present in both identity sources and 2 user records have been created for these 50 users. This also resulted in entitlement collection failing since collector relationship processing is unable to get a single record (2 records for each of these users).
Now, duplicate details have been removed from the identity source and one of the records are considered to be deleted user. How can these 'deleted' users (duplicate user records) be removed from the system altogether?
There is no recommended way to delete unwanted users from system. They will continue to show up as 'Deleted' users. If this is a new installation that can be scrapped to start fresh again, taking an export of metadata, recreating schema, importing metadata again and starting over is a solution. But that is definitely not a solution if you have already been actively using the product.
