I am getting salesforce sigle sign-on error, when I try to access MY RSA link.
Than you for reaching out to RSA Customer Support regarding this Single Sign-On issue. I checked your account and noticed that when you first registered for RSA Link, you did not include a license serial number, maintenance contract number, or RSA Site ID. Please re-register for RSA Link:
1. Log out of RSA Link
2. Go to https://community.rsa.com and click the "Register" link
3. Re-register and include one of the above identifiers for your company (an active maintenance contract is required to register as an RSA customer).
Finding your Serial Number:
Once complete, you should be able to access the My RSA area of RSA Link.
