Aveksa roles and entitlements were removed from a user without a request. How can we find where and how Aveksa removed these roles and entitlements?
Are you referring to the entitlements in the role? If yes, can you please look for the role history of those particular roles.
There should be requests and might have auto-completed too.
Okay so it looks like I reset all the stuck AFX requests and even though this request was cancelled AFX picked it up and processed it. We are on patch 02 of 7.0.0 and AFX will send requests and they will get stuck.
There is a new feature added for the request stuck in sent state. In order to prevent AFX requests getting stuck which ultimately causes CRs to get stalled, the AFX plugin resend requests that are still in the sent state after a configurable period. The default configuration will be 2 hours.
Is plugin something we can install now? In version 7.0.0?
I would suggest upgrading to V7.0 P03 or V7.0.1 to have the complete benefit of this feature.
