When I click on a certain report within Archer I receive the following error message:
I would like to know what this entails and if there is a possible solution. All help on this matter is greatly appreciated.
Hey Daniel - I've encountered that error before when a user attempted to access a statistics report that was reporting on a private field the user didn't have permission to access. Check to see if the field(s) being reported on are private and, if so, the user's role(s) grant them rights to at least view the data.
Daniel - this can also happen if a field gets deleted that is part of your filters/sorts or statistical report...generally editing from Manage Reports can tell what the problem might be pretty quickly.
