Hi, I can't access any link that points to Archer Documentation. Thanks for help.
It looks like you are unable to access the restricted RSA Archer content because you did not select the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" option when registering for an RSA Link account. (Refer to the knowledge base article 000034625 - Unauthorized error when attempting to access a product page or content on RSA Link.)
To gain access to that area of the website, you will need to perform one of the following options:
Please let me know if you have any other questions about this.
thank you for your answer. I wold like to chose the first option to get access to all resources, however I'm not able to. We are RSA Partner, not a customer, so we don't have required RSA Archer license number and without the license number I can't check that I'm RSA partner.
Thank you for the update. I apologize for the inconvenience. I have opened a ticket with our IT team to investigate why your account wasn't identified as an RSA Partner upon login, which would have granted you access to the restricted areas of the website.
In the meantime, I have granted your account temporary access while the root cause is identified and resolved. If you try again, you should be able to access the RSA Archer documentation.
We have resolved your issue and I have sent you a direct message with the details.
Hi Jeff, I'm able to access the Archer documentation now.
Just want to check about possibility of integrating / pulling data from a “# Data Asset Register” maintained in an excel file into RSA Archer v6.1. - What could be the possible solution for the same ?

#Data Asset Register
Please start your questions as their own thread in the future. Jeff Shurtliff / Denise Sposato, can this be moved to it's own thread?
That said, you could import an excel file into Archer using either the Data Import and Data Feed functionalties of the platform. Assuming that the excel is currently very complex, it would need to be translated into a simpler format, such as CSV, first.
Thanks a lot Scott for the quick reply. One more question - Can this imported data in CSV then be populated as a score-card ?

Yes, you can populate into an Archer application, and then report on it how you wish.
Thanks again Scott for the quick reply.#
