I am trying to create a clear approval email so managers know why the requester is putting in the request.
Scenario 1:
The Description field is currently used to "find the request later".
I want to add this line in the approval email. We instruct users to add the why in the description box.
Scenario 2:
Adding the Notes to the approval email is not a problem.
Question: Can I make the Notes box mandatory in the default request form?
