Is there any document to onboard applications like Cisco Call Manager, Jabber and WebEx?
I need to know the best possible way to onboard these applications:
For auto-provisioning, is it compatible to do with RESTful or SOAP based?
And even for reading the data, Cisco has its data in a closed database. Customer doesn't want to have it with flat files. Is there a way to read the data using APIs?

Haven't encountered these apps in projects yet. You will have to do some research to find out which API's are available for collection and automatic provisioning. I would expect Jabber and Webex to have Restfull API's available.
