The adjudicator is the Authentication Manager traffic cop that prevents one authentication request from being fulfilled by more than one server in your deployment. It's possible that it is timing out if there are no requests hitting it.
For this issue, I'd suggest opening a case with Customer Support. They will need to know the version and patch level(s) of your servers, if you are seeing these errors on the primary or a replica and will need to review the troubleshooting logs for the primary and the replica that is affected. Create them from the Operations Console under Administration > Download Troubleshooting Files so they are ready to attach to the case. Send us the product information, Authentication Manager log files and system log report starting from when you first noticed this issue.
For the file encryption password, create something you can share with the TSE assigned to the case so they can review the contents or the archive.

Erica
The Adjudicator component needs to exchange data between servers, not just between Primary and Replica, but also directly between Replicas. I would also have you verify consistent point-to-point connectivity between your Replica servers. Any server will create an ADJUDICATOR_OFFLINE message when it is unable to communicate with a specific server (of any type) and an ONLINE message when communications has been restored.
I opened a case with RSA and was told these are nuisance alerts in my predicament after they reviewed the logs and so forth I uploaded to them. I also manage the network for these devices and see no latency or network failures on any of the connections between the Primary and remote Replica devices. The devices that are giving us these daily alerts were upgraded from 7.1 >8.1> 8.2 and I am suspecting that has something to do with this alerting since we also have another isolated RSA environment with new appliances that came with 8.1, and in these same remote locations I do not receive these alerts.
Was thinking initially that maybe the MTU needed to be changed on these Replica devices, but we will be updating the hardware in this environment soon.
