We've created a form for consultant colleagues (Create Account, Renew their extension, Disable account etc..). But after raised an CR, it's very difficult to find the change request has what type it is? example (create account, renew etc.)
In some case line manager requesting add/remove access to colleagues as well.
Is there a way we could find the what type of request it is and also what action it is(create, add, remove, disable) in Aveksa under request page summary.
