Business Role Review - Ownership Change not being captured in Change Request

Hello All,

 

Customer is currently on 6.9.1 P21.

Issue is that the change request(CR) generated from the role review is not capturing the role owner changes in their Dev environment, where as in their Prod environment the CR itself is not getting generated. 

 

Also customer asked if there is any backend table where they can see the previous and current owner details. 

On seeking assistance on the Chatter got to know about important review  tables T_AV_REVIEWS and T_AV_REVIEW_ROLE_MAPPING but we are not sure which of these tables stores historic data of the owner.

 

Since this looked like an RFE, shared the RFE form with the customer.

Then we were informed that the Change Request that we had seen in Role History was not for the ownership change and it was for some other membership changes, hence customer asked for a WebEx session again. 

 

After having WebEx session again got to know that the actual issue was that the change request(CR) generated from the role review is not capturing the role owner changes in their Dev environment, where as in their Prod environment the CR itself is not getting generated. 

Since its happening in their Prod environment customer wants to know how this can be fixed at the earliest.

Requested for their role review metadata file, in order to replicate locally, but customer only provided metadata of their role set.

Kindly let me know how I can proceed on this further.
