Thanks it is really help full. I just replaced Single Hard disk(1TB) in head unit for one of my customer.
now the disk status is Rebuild since it is 1 terabytes of data due to unforeseen issues i cannot wait their until it copy 100%. do you have any idea whether it comes online automatically or do we need to run any command to get disk online.
Kindly advise if any additional cmds need to run.
We need to wait till the rebuild state finishes. Please use below command to check the progress of rebuild.
/opt/MegaRAID/MegaCli/MegaCli64 -PDRbld -ShowProg -PhysDrv [ENCLOSURE:SLOT] -a1

still the amber light occuring, may i know what is the cause. how can we turn amber light in to blue color. Now it is Yellow.
I am glad to hear that disk has been replaced successfully.
Regarding light indication on the disk:
If this light indication is for the disk is on DAC, It will be ignored. As DAC doesn't have intelligence to inform failures based on the light indicators. you can refer 000017661 - All fault lights are active for all drives on an RSA Security Analytics DAC alternate methods for disk issues.
Hi Sravan, I am away on leave for 2 weeks, amber light blinking in head unit, FYI , i ahve replaced the HDD in head unit, there is orange light and blue light blinking in head unit.
If both amber and green lights blinking, that indicates the predictive failure. That means disk may go bad eventually.

Please generate nwtech using 000027758 - RSA NetWitness and RSA Security Analytics Tech Support Data Gathering Script in SA server and submit the logs to support. Support can review and recommend.
