We have several inquiries about the approval email sent out when change requests are completed. The only information that is sent is the request number. Is there any way to send what access was granted?

One way you can achieve that, is by querying the DB, extracting the approved items and then adding that variable (which holds the results) to the email content.
Is there documentation on how to do this? I have looked in online help and have not found the information.

In the email node, you can use that variable (screenshot below)
The results variable will appear when you right click inside the email body.
