AD AFX error in Account Creation and Password Reset

AFX Error is due to SSL port. For all other capabilities(except Account Creation and Password Reset), it is working fine.


Customer is having Root CA certificate in another server which has same subnet mask of AD Server IP Address. If they install AD CA service on AD server, it will be a conflict in their policy. 


Do we have any alternate method to overcome this SSL port error?
