Hi Everyone,
We would like to use different new review generation email templates per each category of user access reviews for example: Quarterly Access Reviews, Transfer Review and Termination Reviews etc etc..
It seems the new review generation email template is global to all review definitions.
We tried to disable the new review generation email and add escalation workflow to trigger email on generation of review. However, emails are not sent at all from the workflow. Is this interlinked to disabling of new review generation email event?
How can we achieve this?
You can configure custom templates per review (screenshots below).
In the review definition, click on Email Events
Click on the relevant event (for example: NewReviewGeneratedEvent)
Create a a new email template (by clicking on Create Email Template)
Disable all other templates which you don't need.
