Hello!
I want to upgrade my hardware appliance from 8.1. SP1 to 8.2. I downloaded the rsa-am-hardware-appliance-8.2.0.0.0.iso and also checked the md5 signature. If I scan for updates on RSA operation console I get this error message:
[ERROR] File rsa-am-hardware-appliance-8.2.0.0.0.iso is unparsable: The ISO /tmp/rsa_update/cifs_root/rsa-am-hardware-appliance-8.2.0.0.0.iso does not contain a .discinfo file
Is there any solution for this problem? I dont fount anything in the knowledge base und google.
THX
Heinz
That image is specifically for burning to DVD, and booting from, if you want to factory reset to 8.2.
You want to use an iso named 'am-update-8.2.0.0.0.iso' if you want to patch, in place, any running 8.1 sp1 system.
