Since 6.9.1 and as well with the newest 7.0.2 P01 HF01 release we have stalls in our workflows that appear randomly.
We can fix them in a workaround by clicking the "Reset" action or by completing the node manually.
But with ~500 requests per day and a failing ratio of 5% this means a lot administrative work.
We dont see errors regarding this in the logs and estimate that there is a queue or messaging problem.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

This sounds like a performance related issue. Be aware that all active change requests are retained in memory and are active in the workpoint queue. Change requests that have been left in an error state will consume resources until they are deleted.
