If you have not registered a Live account already, use this link to register your account. Remember that you may have only one (1) account per License Server ID.
If you are unsure of, or forgotten your password, use this link to reset it.
When Self-Service Doesn't Resolve Your Issue and You Need Help
If the self-service portal didn't resolve the problem, and you need assistance with your account, please remember to provide the Live user name when you open a support case. The more information you provide, the more promptly we can help.
Also, if you are a large or geographically dispersed organization, make sure you know who else in your organization might be using your Live account. Make sure someone else on your team did not change the password on your account.
