We are looking for a way to determine from a reporting standpoint who completed a request that was assigned manually. Does anyone know what field on the change requests or on the workpoint tables shows this information?
Not 100% sure but you can start from joining the two views CHANGE_REQUEST_WORK_ITEM and CHANGE_REQUEST_WORK_USER on the common column WORKITEM_ID. You can later on include Change Request information, Assigned User information by joining on other tables as needed. Check the public database schema for further information:000034220 - Public Database Schema Views for RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle.
Note: These public views are only visible either from the UI > Reports. Or if you connect to the database as the reporting user (AVDWUSER). If you connect directly to the database as any other user, the would need to append AVDWUSER. before the public view name.
