HI Team
I have installed RSA AM server, Agent for windows. Two factor is working perfectly if I give static IP of LAN in the (IP Address Override) Windows Agent. The environment I work in, they have DHCP setup, so as the IP changes communication between the RSA agent and RSA AM stops working. So If I have a DHCP environment what are the steps, So that If my LAN IP changes, communication between RSA AM and windows Agent should not stop.
RSA AM version- 8.1
Windows Agent- 7.0.0

Look up the concept and term 'agent auto registration' or 'auto reg' in help, KB, and the admin guides. This is how windows agents contact the RSA server, and announce the IP address has changed, and RSA server still recognizes that machine, but can track all the times the tcp/ip stack changes addresses. You choose to install auto registration component during install of the Windows agent. [NOTE: when using auto reg you do not need an override address.]
