How can I change the people listed on my company's account?

When I enter a trouble ticket and click on the secondary contact link, there are people listed that have changed roles or are no longer with the company. Some of these are not listed when I go to My Team. How can I have these people removed and how can I edit others? Some have incorrect phone numbers and one has changed her last name due to marriage.
