We are currently using version 6.8.1 ..we are planning to use Service Now for creating tickets for remediation.
But when I was going through ServiceNow Doc, I got below information
When I am creating application I am getting option to create ServiceNow application in 6.8.1 but I want to create tickets for remediation in ServiceNow using AFX. Just want to know that whether 6.8.1 version supports this functionality.
I recommend to upgrade as the EOPS date for 6.8.1 has passed - Product Version Life Cycle for RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle
From ServiceNow connector capabilities perspective, there are some changes from 6.8.1 and 7.0.1. As you can see in the screenshots below, ticket creation is not available in the 6.8.1 version of the connector.
