We recently deployed RSA Self Service to our customer base and were wondering is there anyway of running a report or adding some sort of analytics (Google) to the Web Tier so we can see how often the website is being accessed? Is this possible?

It is possible by spanning the network port and copying the traffic to a monitor or inspector of your choice, however, is not supported to install anything directly on the web tier machine itself. Most organizations who need to inspect "what is happening on my (any) web site?" will span the traffic (tap it) to software which can analyze traffic. You can likely install something on the web tier itself but we don't support doing that... nor any specific type or version.
Thanks Ed. That was my thoughts as well but my supervisor wanted to see if adding Google Analytics would be possible. I ran a report in AM and filtered that report to show RSA_Password as the Authentication Method but that only shows me someone logging in to setup their security questions using the predefined password I setup for them. Is there anyway your team can make a report or add an option just for the Self Service console to show filtered access of authentications into the Web Tier whether it be RSA_Password or SecureID_Native?
