I have a requirement that all email notifications coming out of IGL that would go to a certain user are redirected to an executive handling team or individual. Does anyone know a way to accomplish this?
Specifically for Reviews or Review Escalations (where Reviewer's leader is copied).
We initially were going to modify our identity collector to just not collect that user's email address, however, that caused all account mappings using the Email attribute to become orphans. (yes I could remap them manually, but prefer not to incur that ongoing maintenance and explanation to app owners)

Another approach: for this specific subset of people, create a new identity collector (which will not create users) in which you will collect from AVDB and override the collected email with a value that you want. The original email value, should be stored in another custom user attribute. In the account collectors mapping, add the new attribute (email2) as one of the resolution rules. Instead of using a new collector, you might be able to achieve the desired functionality by using the post processor.
In that approach, the delegates will receive the emails which are sent, but they will not be able to act on them as they are not actors in the review cycle.
