Is it possible to manipulate the date formatting in an escalation email node?
By default it outputs Date and Time down to a tenth of a second. Obviously this is not a great end user experience...

In your escalation workflow, you can add a SQL Select node and manipulate the review start/end date value. Place "new" value into a workflow variable and then use that variable in the email node.
