I need to download the latest version of RSA Authentication Manager but I am unable to link our product to my account. When I go to register at enroll.rsasecurity.com, select RSA SecureID and enter my serial number it says:
We were unable to validate the information you provided. Please check your entries again and re-submit. If you continue to receive this error, please contact RSA Customer Support for assistance.
Is there something I'm doing wrong?
