IGL is performing the account provisioning activity for 20k users per day. How can we increase rate of bulk provisioning?
Customer is expecting it to do three times better than what it is currently capable of doing it.
What does an Account Provisioning mean for your client? Does this mean new Accounts, or updates to Accounts which are already within Active Directory?
Could you also specify what your client means with "three times better"? Do they want to decrease the time needed to effectuate the changes on the Active Directory Account, or are they not happy with the amount of changes needed?
It's hard to make this perform better unless you might throw some new hardware against it, or maybe have these changes written to an intermediate solution and have something else process the changes in bulk (like PowerShell).
To give a proper answer to your question I think we need to know some more background.
I would be interested in this use-case. How are you generating 20K provisioning requests?
