Hi RSA support Team,
I'm use the AM 8.1 hardware appliance in the production system,we find the the user was created in the primary instance SC console and signed the tokens.
while I use the account to logoin to SSC console use the passcode, the SSC console feed back me '
Authentication failure'
so I checked the log in the user dashboard, it says " User "rsa_test" attempted to authenticate using authenticator "securID_native". The user belongs to security domain "SystemDomain"
I tested the same thing in our RSA test-bed,everything works well.
Could u pls give me some troubleshooting advise?
Thanks and Best Regards

xiaoyun qi,
Thank you for providing the information you did about your issue, but the message text in your post is a description of your authentication attempt but not the reason why the authentication failed. All this tells us is that your rsa_test user tried to authenticate to your Authentication Manager server with a token using the native SecurID protocol and that the user is in the SystemDomain security domain.
To assist you in resolving your issue, can you provide the information in the next column of the authentication activity report, titled Reason? This will give us an explanation of why the failure occured.
Regards,
Erica
