We are looking to update the RSA Authentication Agent for Windows based systems in our environment to alleviate a few issues with our current version (184.108.40.206 to 220.127.116.11). However, when doing a test install I noticed that it removes all the Offline Days data in the process. Locking and unlock the computer will initiate a new request and the days will be downloaded. However, it would be possible that a laptop user receives the update and does not lock/unlock before leaving the office. In this situation they would be stuck. Is it possible to initiate a new Offline Days download request without the user locking/unlocking their workstation during an update?
