Issue with AD Authentication Source

Hi all,
Last week there was an Active Directory server connection issue and we had to change the IP Address of our Active Directory in RSA VIA to point to the new Active Directory IP address. This change was made across all Active Directory IDCs, ADC and Authentication Source.

We've configured an Authentication Source which is restricted to allow only members from one AD Group to login. However, after changing the IP Address in the ConnectionURL it is authenticating only a few members from that group (4-5 out of 20 members) to log in and the other members from the group can't login and get authentication failed error. The ConnectionURL seems to be fine since it allows few members.

I've also verified that the ADC is collecting all members in the group and are mapped with that group.

Any idea why or what would be causing this weird anomaly ?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks,
