Authentication codes for application with no internet access

I have a use case which I wonder if it can be implemented with RSA SecurID. The application we need users to log into may not have internet access and we cannot host an RSA server internally (i.e. we must use the RSA cloud service). What we can do is manage which users can access the application and configure their tokens which they can bring to where the application runs. But, the application must be able to verify authentication codes on its own without accessing external servers. Does RSA have a solution for this case?
