I recently had to format and reinstall my 8.2 Authentication Manager server and realized that I could have saved all of that time and headache by making a proper backup.
How can I make a backup of either the user DB or the manager itself?

You can see in the Operations Console...
...that you can backup onto the local Appliance Hard drive, or to an NFS or Windows Share (no SMB3 yet) and you can either backup 'Now' or schedule.
