A few of our applications have Orphan accounts,most are vendor customer service accounts and such. As so, I'd still like someone to review there entitlements on a regular basis to see if the still align with the business needs.
How are people reviewing orphan account when it comes to User Access / Entitlement reviews? I looked at creating a coverage file but did not think it would apply in this situation.
Any thoughts?
