As already, mobile numbers are configured on the Authentication manager, can't we get a notification alert through sms as your account got locked out/ you have entered wrong pin while the user is entering the credentials/Pin wrong
RSA Authentication Manager will not reveal to an end user why an authentication fails. If it did, and if this was a hack attempt, or bad actor, it would give too much revealing information about the userid or account.
That kind of information, why a user failed an authentication and how many times, would be in an Authentication report or could be seen in real time from the Real Time Authentication Activity Monitor in the Security Console.
To also send that information to an SMS alert would possibly be a security risk, so any Request for Enhancement, RFE (the process to ask for new features in the product) would need to address how this text could be securely delivered only to people authorized to see it, like Help Desk and Super Admins in the Security Console.
Since many sites use Active Directory as an identity Source for Authentication Manager users, it might be easier to see locked accounts through AD.
