Verify that you are not hitting a space threshold, The issue is most likely that one of the C, D or E drives is 90% full or more. EnVision checks to see if any of these reach the 90% mark and then shut down the services. You will need to clear room on any drive that is 90% full or more. Note this could be due to a variety of reasons - there is a known issue if the D:\tmp file is filling up with 1KB XMLS (Get the patch and delete the xmls as they have already been processed) - Your storage device is your E drive and it is full so you will need to move data off of this - There was a problem with one of the services and your D drive is filling with nuggets , etc. Once you get the drive below the threshold, you will be able to restart the services and they will not stop automatically,
This is one possible issue.
