I see SecurID is all the way up to SP 5. I am running SP 1 can't find where I can download the newer SPs.

I had actually just found this before reading your reply, but I am getting "unauthorized". I am guessing that is because I accidentally used the serial number to our trial version instead of the purchased version when creating my account. And now I don't know how to change that. Or is it actually do to something else?

If a customer needs to add a new product via Serial Number, Site ID or Contract Number then they can do so by logging in to their RSA Link account and then either going to the Version Upgrades portal (https://community.rsa.com/version-upgrades) or the Case Management portal and clicking on the “Upgrades” tab, where they will find a “Register New Product” button. This should then give you the new entitlements for download.

Just to clarify, I think there may be some minor confusion between Service Packs and Patches. For AM 8.2, there is only one Service Pack (SP1). The most recent Patch is number 6 (P6). Currently, the most up-to-date version available is AM 8.2 SP1 P6. This would show version 126.96.36.199.0.

The original problem was you may have been in the AM 8.2 section, which only had up to a Patch 5. There’s a separate AM 8.2 SP1 section which is what you wanted.
