I unassigned a token from a user and assigned same token to new user.
But I can't auth with the token.
I don't have detail information now,
So what are the common reasons for this issues?
Failed authentications can occur for many reasons from user error to the token time and server time being off by more than a few minutes.
In order to assist you in troubleshooting this issue, please provide us with the messages seen for this user in the authentication activity log.
Hi, Is this a Software Token? Once you have the data, if it reference 'previous tokencode'.
Suggest the following:
Turn on Verbose Logging in Authentication Manager and perform an authentication.
Enable verbose logging... Go to Security Console > Setup > System Settings > Logging. Set Trace Log to VERBOSE. The default is fatal. Then perform the authentication. Turn Trace Log back to Fatal.
Next SSH onto the Authentication manager server and view /opt/rsa/am/server/logs/imsTrace.log
Look for CachedHighWaterMark, If this is seen please ring in a case.
Thanks for your kind answer.
I'm not in charge about this issue, so I'll tell this to who is in charge.
