Hi, Is this a Software Token? Once you have the data, if it reference 'previous tokencode'.
Suggest the following:
Turn on Verbose Logging in Authentication Manager and perform an authentication.
Enable verbose logging... Go to Security Console > Setup > System Settings > Logging. Set Trace Log to VERBOSE. The default is fatal. Then perform the authentication. Turn Trace Log back to Fatal.
Next SSH onto the Authentication manager server and view /opt/rsa/am/server/logs/imsTrace.log
Look for CachedHighWaterMark, If this is seen please ring in a case.
YongHyun Lee,
Failed authentications can occur for many reasons from user error to the token time and server time being off by more than a few minutes.
In order to assist you in troubleshooting this issue, please provide us with the messages seen for this user in the authentication activity log.
Regards,
Erica
