7.0.1 P05 (Remote Database+Soft Appliance)
Customer getting below error while accessing the "Create Ticket" Capability of Service Now Connector.
This issue is seen in 2 of the 3 newly set environment and all of them using same JDK version.
They are using Open-JDK-18.104.22.168.x86_64
Both JAVA_HOME and JRE_HOME are set.
Restarted RSA IGL and AFX services but no changes.
No changes made to any jar files by customer
Any suggestions, if the reported issue is specific to the java version or any other reason.
