We have a user who switched to an iPhone 8, and is having trouble importing a soft-token now.
We sent him an sdtid file, but when he tries to open it in the RSA app, he get an error: "Token import failed. Contact your administrator." He has tried saving the token to his files folder, and opening it from there, he gets the error: "Token import failed. Invalid token data.". I was going to use the token converter, but I don't see a field in his app to paste the string. He's verified that he's on the latest version from the ios app store. Any help or advice is appreciated!
We've had the same thing happen for 2 iPhone X users. I used the token converter to create a QR code for them, and that worked. But, would also like to know if we need to do something different, or change some config.
