We have been asked to provide some information for an audit. I wanted to see if there was a way to do this through RSA. We have RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 SP1 Patch 8 on physical servers.
We need to provide a method to disable an active vendor remote access session.
I know we can do this on the firewall, but is there a way to do so through RSA? If we disable their account or token, it would just prevent them from reconnecting, right? Their current session would continue until we disconnect.
If you are talking about a session that was authenticated using a SecurID Agent neither the agent or the Authentication Manager are involved in the user session once authentication is complete.
