IGL 7.0.2 : Can we suppress report notifications if the report result is empty?

The reporting function in IGL allows you to schedule reports automatically (daily, weekly, etc.). It also allows you to specify recipients for the report when it has executed, e.g. send an app support team an email with the latest report result in CSV+header format.

Is it possible to suppress those emails so that they are only sent if there was data in the report result? We have various control/exception reports that run daily or weekly, but really only need to notify people when there are exceptions, i.e. when there is data in the report. If the report finds no exceptions to report then we don't want to email these people. It just wastes time having to open the email and open the report just to check whether you needed to open the email and open the report, etc.

I can only see two email events - NewReportResultEvent & ReportResultGenerationFailedEvent - which are just the binary it worked v. it didn't work options.
