i am facing issue with my RSA. for some users we change the password and than they stop receiving OTP from system. we check everything and each setting is fine but still we are facing issue. kindly suggest any tip to fix this issue.

When resetting the password to your RSA Link account, you should be receiving an email from the SelfServiceRSA@rsa.com email address (refer to the article 000035225 - How do I reset the password for my RSA Link account?) so it's possible that the email is getting caught in a spam filter.
If you or your colleagues are still not receiving the email with the reset link then I would recommend contacting the RSA Customer Support team using the web form at https://community.rsa.com/contact and they will be able to assist in resetting the passwords.
