The product documentation is more specific to configuring and using the product. For more introductory information on the product you will want to take a look at the Security Automation and Orchestration page on RSA.com, which you can access by clicking on the green Overview button on the RSA NetWitness Orchestrator (Powered by Demisto) page on RSA Link.
There is some great information on that page, including the RSA NetWitness Orchestrator Data Sheet.
