bash: lsof: command not found

I am trying to run the freshclam command, but it gives the error below...

ERROR: /var/log/freshclam.log is locked by another process
ERROR: Problem with internal logger (UpdateLogFile = /var/log/freshclam.log).

I try to do a lsof on that file to see who has it locked, but I get this error...

     bash: lsof: command not found

I've rebooted the server and stopped the service, but I can't get past this. We are running on a physical server with Authentication Manager 8.3. How can I tell who has this locked so I can get the process ID to kill it?
