Hi,

I am trying to create a change request using Web Service, we are on 7.0.2 P06.

I am not sure about 2 things,

Question 1 :

when I am trying through external REST API plugin on Firefox, I am fetching the session token separately and passing it to next call. This one creates the request successfully  only if "Additional Information" is disabled.

But for final implementation I need a field from Additional Information "BusinessJustification".

for this when I add <Parameters> <Parameter> getting error,

Field details,

It is a common filed configured from 'Requests' > 'Configuration' > 'Submission'

The POST I am submitting is,

<Changes>
<Description>Auto Revoke Root Access</Description>
<Notes>Auto Revoke Temp Root Access after 24 hours</Notes>
<Parameters>
<Parameter scope="public">
<Name>BusinessJustification</Name>
<Value>Testing</Value>
</Parameter>
</Parameters>
<UserChange>........</UserChange>

Please let me know what is missing / incorrect.

Question 2 :

As I mentioned above when I am submitting from REST plugin I am fetching token, but when I am submitting from Wrokflow using 'REST Web Service' instead of fetching token separately can I use,

token=${jobUserData_WF_Token}

Regards,

Tushar.
