I have an issue with my IDR to synchronize the users attributes with a AD 2012R2 there any KB to this case?

I would check KB How to troubleshoot RSA SecurID Access identity source errors or open a support case.
Hi Ange - might be easier to troubleshoot with a support case but what is the synchronize issue exactly?
