Thanks Erica. However, that method does not work. When I try to re-register my email I cannot proceed as it says the email is already registered. It seems the registration page now does a validity check and indicates the email already is registered. The page then disables the ability to accept terms and conditions and continue.
I having the same issue being able to get to Release Notes and other documentation. It gives me the same "unauthorized" message. Can you help me also?

If you continue to experience issues after follow those instructions then please let us know and we will investigate accordingly.
