Often I look up an issue I'm having and find that it is a known bug, and there is a Defect ID. Is there anywhere on this website where I can look up whether a particular Defect ID has been resolved in a certain release?

You will find a list of all Defect IDs fixed in any patch in its release notes under the "Fixed Issues" section(s).
Each patch release notes will also contain a cumulative list of fixed issues from previous patches.
For example:
RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle 7.1.0.1 Release Notes
RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle 7.0.2 Patch 8 Release Notes
If you need to determine the status of a defect that is not listed in the patch release notes, you should contact your RSA sales rep.
Regards
Erica
Try searching for the defect ID (for example, "ACM-66520", including the enclosing double-quotes) on RSA Link, using the hour-glass on top right corner of the page. The search should bring up a list of all release notes that include the defect ID. For example, try searching for the defect ID "ACM-66520" (including the quotes).
