I am attempting to access the "My Cases" portion of the website to securely upload a file and am getting an authentication error from salesforce upon attempted entry.
Could you please grant me proper access to I can view my case?

Alternatively, if you have a product specific questions, from the RSA Customer Support page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question.
