Roger, similar to your issue yesterday, I think something is wrong with your Respond service. I've seen that number display hundreds of thousands of alerts due to a misconfigured rule. Furthermore, that page will show 1,000 alerts per page, and to my knowledge that isn't a setting you can change. So the fact that it's showing you 300 of --- tells me that you might only have 300 alerts in total in the time range you specified.
I think Support should have a look at your Respond service to see what's going on with regards to both issues.
By default the interface should load the first 1000 in the screen, yours seems to be stuck at 300 … has more loaded since you sent the screen shot?
I see you have a custom date range included and the names are different, you can use the filter option below on the left to show a subset of events to scroll through so the result set fits inside the 1000 cap.
